Ownership of Copyright

Authors publishing in the Chinese Journal of Cancer Prevention & Treatment (CJCPT) retain the copyright to their scholarly work. By submitting a manuscript for publication, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, preserve, and identify the journal as the original publisher of the article.

Open Access Distribution

All articles published by CJCPT are made available through an Open Access publishing model. Immediately upon publication, readers may access, read, and download articles without subscription fees or access restrictions. The journal encourages the broad dissemination of scientific knowledge while ensuring that authors receive appropriate recognition for their work.

Conditions for Reuse

Published articles may be shared and redistributed in accordance with the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license. Users must provide appropriate attribution to the author(s) and the journal and include the complete article citation and DOI whenever the work is reproduced or shared.

Permission for Third-Party Content

Authors are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions to reproduce copyrighted material, including figures, tables, illustrations, photographs, or any other third-party content incorporated into the manuscript. Any required acknowledgements or permission statements must be included before publication.

Post-Publication Copyright

After an article has been published, requests to modify copyright ownership or change the licensing terms will generally not be accepted unless required by law or approved under exceptional editorial circumstances.
